Woman driver has three accidents in under three minutes

London june 15: For most of us, the worst thing about driving is the other motorists.

Not so for this woman, who managed an impressive three accidents in under three minutes - none of which involved anyone else.

Watching this video, it's tempting to ask how the unknown female actually passed her driving test.

The action opens with her silver saloon perched at the entrance to a car park.

She pauses for several seconds before deciding to make a move - and with no other cars in sight, swings her vehicle straight into a concrete wall.

Apparently unfazed, she continues into the car park, only to smash into a second wall a few metres ahead, bounce backwards, and crunch the car's rear against a large pillar.

At this point many drivers would give up, panic, possibly cry - but not our girl, who simply exits the vehicle and appears to be mulling things over.

Alas, she's forgotten something. The handbrake.

Within seconds, the much-abused car is sliding backwards down the slope towards the street, its driver's side door still hanging open.

As a pink t-shirted onlooker makes a vain attempt to help (what does he plan to do, catch the car?), the vehicle has clearly had enough.

Smoke billows from the bonnet, and the driver does the first sensible thing for three minutes and phones for help.

We'll be honest, madam - it may be time for a bus pass...

Shocking though her exploits are, this poor lady is not the most appalling example of automotive ineptitude we've seen this month.

That honour goes to a Polish woman who spent an excruciating six minutes trying to manoeuvre into a noticeably generous parking space, before clipping another car and driving off in a huff.
